Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 2026

1. Using CreditPrint

CreditPrint lets business owners generate a credit profile from their bank statements and share it with lenders, and lets lenders review those profiles to inform their own lending decisions. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

  • You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep it up to date.
  • You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • Lender accounts are subject to review and must be approved by CreditPrint before gaining access to business owner profiles.

3. What CreditPrint provides

CreditPrint analyses uploaded bank statements to produce behavioural credit signals — it is not a credit score, and it is not a lending decision. CreditPrint does not lend money, guarantee loan approval, or act as a party to any lending agreement between a business owner and a lender.

4. Business owner responsibilities

  • You must only upload genuine bank statements belonging to your own business, in Nigerian Naira.
  • You control who your profile is shared with — nothing is visible to a lender until you share it or approve their request.
  • You're responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide.
  • By uploading your information, you confirm that you have the right to share it with CreditPrint.

5. Lender responsibilities

  • You must provide genuine verification documents (CAC certificate, ID, license) during onboarding.
  • Access to a business owner's profile is granted for the purpose of assessing that business for lending — not for any other use.
  • Downloaded statements and credit summaries may not be shared outside your organisation's legitimate lending review process.
  • CreditPrint provides behavioural credit signals based on information provided by business owners. Lenders remain responsible for carrying out their own assessment and making their own lending decisions.

6. Data and privacy

Our collection and use of your data is described in our Privacy & Data Protection Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Account suspension

We may suspend or terminate an account that provides false information, uploads fraudulent documents, or otherwise misuses the platform.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as CreditPrint evolves. If we make material changes, we'll let you know through the app or by email before they take effect.
